Quick Share cannot be used when Wi-Fi is off, and Wi-Fi turns on when setting ‘Who can share with you’ option.

Because of improved compatibility with Apple devices, Wi-Fi connection is now required for Quick Share.

Wi-Fi must be turned on to use the feature when entering Quick Share Send/Receive mode with Wi-Fi off.

Wi-Fi automatically turns on when setting ‘Who can share with you’ options with Everyone(10 minutes only) while Wi-Fi is off.
To maintain the previous user experience, disable ‘Share with Apple devices’ : Settings > Connected devices > Quick Share > Turn OFF ‘Share with Apple devices’
