The idea behind the fridge is to keep food nice and cold so it's frustrating when your fridge isn't cooling properly. But don't worry, to solve this issue is easier than you expect.

Make sure that the plug works. Try to plug in another device to see if the plug works and check if the circuit breaker is not tripped.

Make sure the door is closed and check if the door's seals are clean and undamaged.

Make sure that the fridge temperature is low and the fridge is not in a warm place.

Leave at least 150 mm of space from back and at least 300 mm of space from the sides of the fridge. Make sure your fridge's vents are not blocked by any item.

Check if the fridge is in demo mode.

If it is in Demo Mode, the display will read OF-OF, which will disable the compressor in order to save electricity.

If the issue is still not solved, contact the service center to book a technician.
