Softener does not dispense in the washing machine

It's normal from time to time that the softener does not dispense and maybe it's stuck in the drawer so don't worry here are some useful tips that help to solve this issue.

First of all check if the dispenser is working or not by:

1. Filling the fabric softener just below the MAX line.

2. Selecting 'Rinse' and pressing the start button.

3. When completed, check if the fabric softener has properly dispensed.

Make sure that the softener doesn't exceed the max line and read the manufacture recommendation.

A clogged dispenser can block the flow of water through the dispenser.

Remove the dispenser, by pressing the release level and rinse leftover detergent or additives that could clog the flow of water through the dispenser (use a soft brush).

Many spray jets ensure there is sufficient water in the conditioner and detergent departments. It is common for a buildup of dirt to be found in this area. There are simple guidelines will assist you to deal with the problem.

Carefully spray the area with water while using a soft brush to remove any dirt.

Rinse the drawer then refill it to check if the jets are working correctly by water being dispensed in them.

Recheck if the dispenser is working fine and try to run a cycle to see if the issue is solved. If it's not solved, call the contact center to book a Technical service.
