How do I back up in the Maintenance mode?

You can back up user data by selecting direct path ‘Back up your data’ to Smart Switch before entering to Maintenance mode. Or you can use Smart Switch app directly.
Path :
- Settings > Battery and device care > Maintenance mode > tab ‘Back up your data’
- Samsung Members app > Support > Maintenance mode > tab ‘Back up your data’
