How to select and view only the albums you want to see in Galaxy gallery

Photos saved on the phone are automatically added and displayed in the Gallery app. The select albums to show feature lets you view only the albums you want. This is supported in Android 13 or higher.
How to turn on the Select albums to show feature
Step 1. Open Gallery.
Step 2. Open Gallery Menu icon.
Step 3. Tap Gallery Settings icon.
Step 4. Tap “Select albums to show”.

Step 1. Tap Gallery.
Step 2. Tap “Albums”.
Step 3. Tap More options icon.
Step 4. Tap “Select albums to show”.
Step 5. Tap to select any albums you wish to show in the gallery and tap “Done” when you have finished selecting.
Step 6. Now you can the view the selected albums in Gallery.
How to view all albums in the Gallery app
Step 1. Tap Gallery.
Step 2. Tap More options icon.
Step 3. Tap Gallery Settings icon.
Step 4. If the “Select albums to show” is turned on, Tap the switch button to turn off and all albums will be shown in Gallery.
Please note:
- Photos in the “recent” album are not created from duplicate photos. They are stored in the built-in memory, a feature that allows you to view them instantly.
- The “Recent” album is available for selection in the select albums to show feature.
- Deleting a photo from Recent album will delete the photo from your phone.
