How to use Galaxy device in an emergency to contact emergency contacts and view important medical information

Step 1. Open Settings on your Samsung Galaxy phone.

Step 2. Tap “Safety and emergency”.

Step 3. Tap "Emergency contacts”.

Step 4. Tap “Add member” to select a contact. You can also Tap the switch button to turn on “show on Lock screen” to make your contacts more easily available in an emergency.

Step 5. Tap to select one of your existing contacts and Tap “Done” to save.

Step 6. Tap the switch button to turn on “Show on Lock screen”.

Step 4. Enter the medical information you wish to make available and tap "Save”.

Step 5. Tap the switch button to turn on “Show on Lock screen”.

Step 1. Tap screen or press the power button to wake. Then, on the unlock screen tap "Emergency call”.

Step 2. Tap the green Dialpad icon.

Step 3. This will display a list of the device's registered emergency contacts. Tap one to contact them.
