What other user mode is there and how different access permission do they have on the Maintenance mode?

There is added new ‘Users’ menu supporting for multi user mode with different access permission.

There are several User modes such as Administrator(Owner User), User (Sub User), Guest (Guest User).

In case only of being set with Administrator (Owner User) in the ‘Users’ menu, the device has ability of entering to Maintenance mode.

You need to check if User mode is set to Administrator (Owner User).

Path for menu : Settings > Accounts and backup > Users > select Owner account ‘Administrator (Owner)’ or ‘OOOO (Owner)’
