1. What is Samsung Care+?

Samsung's protection plan for Galaxy devices in Saudi Arabia covering accidental damage (including liquid damage) via Authorised Service Centres using genuine Samsung parts, according to your Plan type and limits.

2. What plans are available and what are the claim limits?

- 1-Year Screen Damage (SDH): one (1) screen repair per plan term.
- 2-Year Accidental Damage (ADH): unlimited repair claims + one (1) replacement per plan term.
- Monthly Pay (up to 36 months): unlimited repair claims + one (1) replacement per rolling 12-month period; Extended Warranty applies from month 25. A service fee applies per approved claim (see your Plan table/Plan Confirmation).

3. What does Screen Damage cover?

Cracks/breaks of the screen that affect functionality. Any additional damage beyond the screen may incur extra charges outside SDH.

4. What isn't covered?

Loss or theft, cosmetic-only issues, accessories, software faults unrelated to accidental damage, unauthorised repairs/modifications, pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, misuse/gross negligence, illegal acts, force-majeure events, and other items listed under "General Exclusions" in the T&Cs.

5. Who can buy it and when?

Customers of legal age with new devices purchased in KSA from Samsung official channels (not second-hand) and with no existing damage. Purchase with the device or within 60 days (subject to eligibility).

6. How long is the cover?

- 12 months: Screen Damage.
- 24 months: Unlimited Claims.
- Monthly Pay: up to 36 months; renews monthly.

7. How do I make a claim?

Report the incident within 15 days. Keep your device's IMEI ready (15 digits). We will assess and guide you to an Authorised Service Centre or Pick-Up/Drop-Off where available. Do not hand over the device until claim approval is confirmed. Pay the applicable service fee after approval.

8. Where are repairs done?

At Samsung Authorised Service Centres using genuine Samsung parts. If the device is Beyond Economical Repair (BER), repair/replacement/cash compensation is handled per your plan.

9. Can I transfer the plan or does it cover my data?

The plan is linked to your device's IMEI and is non-transferable. Data/content is not covered; back up and remove locks before service.

10. Can I cancel?

Upfront 1-year/2-year plans: cancel within 30 days of plan start for a full refund if no claim has been made; after 30 days, no refund. Monthly Pay: you can stop renewal at any time; the current month's fee is non-refundable.

11. Termination/changes

The plan may be terminated for reasons set out in the T&Cs (e.g., fraud/misuse). Material changes will be notified in accordance with the T&Cs.

12. Law, language, and provider

Governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; KSA courts have jurisdiction. Documentation is available in English and Arabic. Provider: Samsung Electronics Saudi Arabia Ltd. (Riyadh).
